Deep Microsoft Integration
Office 365 and its companion cloud service, Microsoft Azure, are available as a free benefit to non-profit organizations, including churches.
There are a large number of features and capabilities built into these services. But the benefit they offer to churches can be obscured in complexity, or by a marketing focus that doens’t necessarily align with the workflow of a church. To leverage them would require considerable training and administrative effort to setup and maintain.
Church 365 was built to leverage these features and maximize the value. The Church 365 system will surface many of these features, services, and capabilities from within the Microsoft cloud that many churches may not even realize are available to them as part of this benefit. This can ultimately help the church staff coordinate its technology usage and especially, extend it to the broader church membership, all while reducing costs.
Among the capabilities enabled in Church 365:
- Team creation and management by members
- Assign roles to member volunteers
- Teams event creation and management by members
- Email automation to groups
- Member surveys
- Live streaming
- Digital signage
- Events/Announcements integration
- Public website creation and hosting
Take a look at Features above for details on how these benefit specific areas of the church.
